Shih Kei (Quinnie) Choy is a full-time PhD student in the School of Management and Governance, Âé¶¹Éçmadou Business School. Prior to joining Âé¶¹Éçmadou, she earned a Master’s degree in Management, a Master’s degree in Business Analytics, and a Bachelor’s degree of commerce (specializing in International Business) from the University of Wollongong.

Quinnie’s research interests broadly encompass customer mistreatment, servicescape, individual differences, and emotional regulation. She is supervised by two esteemed academics, Professor Markus Groth and Dr. Jing Hu.
