ICFHS welcomes visiting academic Professor Martin Curley from Maynooth University, Ireland

On Thursday 10th July 2025, Professor Martin Curley presented to ICFHS researchers on  'Enabling and Empowering Patients to deliver integrated care and Stay Left, Shift Left-10X; The Patient Capability Maturity Framework'.  This new healthcare paradigm uses digital innovation and patient enablement to deliver more timely care closer to home. He highlighted its global impact and potential to support vulnerable populations; in Ireland the model improves access for groups like migrants and homeless individuals through electronic health records to improve health care access.Â
