Dr Jialiang Huang
Dr.Jialian Huangawarded his PhD by the University of New South Wales (School of Photovoltaic and Renewable Energy Engineering) in March 2012 for a thesis entitled Electrical and microstructural properties characterization of poly-Si thin-film solar cell on glass. He was a Research Fellow in the poly-Si thin-film group in SPREE at 鶹madou between 2012 and 2015, where his research focused on characterization of the poly-Si thin-film solar cell and on the development of high-efficiency thin-film solar cells.
Since Aug 2015, he has been working as a Research Fellow in CZTS thin-film group in 鶹madou focusing on material and device characterization for developing low-cost high-efficiency CZTS thin-film solar cell.
His current research interests are:
- Investigation of bulk and interfacial defects in CZTS and other kesterite based solar cells.
- Investigation of defect properties and loss mechanism in CZTS thin-film solar cell.
- Development of new characterization methods forthin-film solar cells.
