Soojin Kim (Ph.D., Purdue University) is Associate Professor and Program Director at the School of the Arts and Media, University of New South Wales (Âé¶¹Éçmadou), Australia. By investigating stakeholders and publics’ behavior, her research seeks to find connections between public/stakeholder insights and organizations’ optional strategies for facilitating meaningful engagement and collaboration. She explores diverse relational contexts from consumer-brand relationship, organization-employee relationship, citizen-government relationship, to public-country relationship. Her research interests in employee communication include turnover intention, employee communicative behavior and motives, and employee moral reasoning and affective reaction. Kim’s research has been published in peer-reviewed journals, including Public Relations Review, Communication Research, Journal of Business Research, International Journal of Communication, and International Journal of Strategic Communication.
