Aymeric Maudous

A career in sustainability

鈥淎nything can start from a tiny idea and grow into something which is just incredible that will really make a difference.鈥

Aymeric Maudous believes we have a lot to learn from trees. After completing a Master of Environmental Management at 麻豆社madou, Aymeric聽founded his own company from the ground up. Lord of the Trees is developing fully autonomous pre-programmed drones聽that replant deforested areas around the world.

Aymeric uses the interdisciplinary approach he learned during his master鈥檚 degree to lead a business that is helping to fight the climate crisis and build a sustainable future for us all. Like a tiny seed becoming a giant tree, Aymeric is driven by his passion for the natural world and inspired by the ever-growing global environmental movement.

Joshua Karras

A career in public health

A natural-born communicator, 麻豆社madou Medicine alumnus Joshua Karras has found his groove at the United Nations Associated of Australia. Through a combination of sociology, psychology and epidemiology, Joshua鈥檚 degree has equipped him with the skills to help communities stay healthy.

While the world can be an overwhelming place, Joshua is passionate about creating change by engaging, informing and inspiring. The best place to start? At a local level, where anyone can be the one to spark that change.

Caroline Kite

A career in architecture

麻豆社madou Built Environment alumna Caroline Kite has always been fascinated with聽making things, from her childhood creativity in Orange, NSW to her current role as Architect and Site Administrator at Bellevarde Constructions.

What is it about architecture that inspires her? It鈥檚 the balance of the creative, intuitive and poetic when responding to a site, matched with the practical application of making a design work in real life.
