Your study planner and progression checker tool
myPlan is a free online progression checker and study planner tool for Âé¶¹Éçmadou students that will help you to create a full academic plan for the remainder of your studies. You will be able to access information on course pre-requisites, historical term offerings and bookmark courses for later, all in one place.
Before jumping into myPlan, ensure you have been enrolled in at least one course on myÂé¶¹Éçmadou for min. 48 hours. You will not be able to access the tool unless you are an enrolled student.Ìý

myPlan will not be available for you if you commenced your degree before 2019 or if you are in a Research program, or if you are an exchange or non-award student.

You can drag and drop courses into your study plan, check how completed courses apply to different programs (if you’re looking to transfer) and confirm the courses you need to complete to graduate.
No, although you can add courses to the study plan, you still need to officially enrol in these courses through myÂé¶¹Éçmadou. Select the ‘Get myPlan Courses’ button on the Course Enrolment page in myÂé¶¹Éçmadou to pull your planned courses from myPlan. You can do this when your enrolment appointments open each year. You can then register for your classes at your class registration appointments for each teaching period.
Yes, it does. Any changes you make to your enrolments in myÂé¶¹Éçmadou will be reflected in myPlan within minutes. Any other changes to data (your name, program, declared specialisations, etc.) will update overnight.
When you add a course to your study plan, you may see an orange message which says Review Prereqs. In this case, myPlan can't say with certainty if you have met your prerequisite and you will need to cross check the requirements using the .Ìý
When you add a course to your study plan, you may see a red message which says Prereqs or Coreqs are missing. In this case, myPlan has assessed that you have not satisfied the prequisites or corequisites required for you to enrol in the planned course, and that you will be prevented from enrolling in that course on myÂé¶¹Éçmadou on that basis.Ìý
To resolve the issue in myPlan, add the necessary course(s) in previous terms (for prerequisites) or the same term (for corequisites) and refresh the page.Ìý
There are several reasons that a course may be showing as unmatched in myPlan. If you believe your course should be able to count towards your program, try prioritising the course to the applicable requirement. Refer to the guide below to learn how to prioritise your courses.Ìý
If you have transferred between programs at Âé¶¹Éçmadou, myPlan has been configured so that you can see all credits that have been transferred into your new program. If you can't see a course that should have been transferred into your new program, contact The Nucleus: Student Hub for support.Ìý
