Equity Student Talent Pool

Â鶹Éçmadou has developed a centralised Equity Student Talent Pool to prioritise casual job opportunities for students from low-SES backgrounds and Gateway partner schools.Ìý 

Joining the Talent Pool allows students to:  

  • Access employment opportunities that complement your studies.Ìý 
  • Build professional experience in a supportive environment.Ìý 
  • Develop workplace skills to prepare for post-graduation employment.Ìý 

How it works 

Expressions of Interest will open in February 2026. Eligible students will be invited to submit an EOI and be included in the Talent Pool, which is refreshed annually to align with student intakes.Ìý 

Â鶹Éçmadou staff across faculties and divisions will use the talent pool to identify and recruit students for casual roles.Ìý
